### Finally broke 5 minutes, it feels great. I still felt a bit sick and weak, so I am really excited to see if I could do better under the lights. I was in a no man’s land for the entire race after the first lap, but I knew how a 5 minute pace felt, so I pushed past what I had previously been comfortable with.
